I’ve listed below a few regions where Mageweave can be comfortably farmed, so you’ve got options.Without a group to back you up, you’ll fall easy prey to an enemy player.

The Hinterlands

The Hinterlands is a good region for both Alliance and Horde players to farm mageweave.By grouping with other nearby players, you improve your survival chances significantly.

Focus on Instances - By concentrating on instances, you temporarily remove the PvP aspect from the game. I suggest a level from the low 40s to the low 50s or more to farm comfortably.Plus you get better loot from the monsters. There are lots of other things to be found as well, such as Ghost Mushrooms in that cave to the North.Don’t focus too much on instances since you get more experience by turning in quests.

Pick a Server that Favors Your Side - Go to a site like WoW census (Google it) and find out which server has the most players for a particular side. Your best bet as far as Mageweave goes are the Vilebranch Trolls (Scalper, Ambusher, Soothsayer, and Witch Doctor) who have healthy Mageweave drop rates in the low 30% range.If you’re Alliance, starting a character on server that’s Alliance dominant can make your playtime more fun and productive.

Play during Off-hours - If your lifestyle/job allows for it, Try playing during odd hours (like after 2 am or so).

Felwood

Felwood is also a decent place to farm mageweave.Fewer players will mean less ganking. Not the best overall drop rates, but tons of fast-spawning mobs to kill, so gathering stacks and stacks of mageweave is not difficult.I like doing this when I need to do quests in areas deep within enemy territory.

Avoid Ganking Hotspots - As an example, If you’re Horde, try to limit your time in Hillsbrad. The mobs to kill in Felwood are the Jadefire Satyr, Felsworn and Rogue.Because the Alliance town is a close proximity, there are times when it’s easy to get a Night Elf dagger in your back. You can’t really go wrong with these guys, as not only do they drop mageweave at an impressive rate - low to mid 30% range - but they will also drop Felcloth, which as you know is a crucial ingredient in all kinds of cool Tailoring Recipes.For more information, try consulting the official WoW forums.

Don’t Let the Ganking Stress You Out - Fact is, World of Warcraft is a very user friendly game. Or you can sell it on at the Auction House, it is worth a lot.Even if another player repeatedly kills you, you lose nothing (other than time).

These players are the ones who will move around in response to the enemy movements.The most important thing to do at the start is to capture the enemy’s forward graveyard. If you do not have an epic mount, you are far more valuable on defense than offense, as you will most likely arrive at the battle too late to make much of a difference.Many games get caught up fighting over the neutral Snowfall graveyard. If you are worried about kills, you will get far more actual kills waiting for them to come to you than trying to get to each battle only to find that by the time you get there one side or the other is already mostly dead.I personally think this is not worth the battle.

A.You don’t get a rez much further along than from your starting gy and have to expend enormous resources to beat the mobs stationed there. The Start

– The ideal game.I suggest you organize a push to take Iceblood Graveyard if you are Alliance or Stonehearth Graveyard if you are Horde. Here’s how most plow groups win those 2000-50 games.Unless you need to defend against an enemy push, use all 40 players for this. Send 5 people each to mill, bs and mine.Don’t try to capture any towers until you have secured the graveyard. Cap the farm and the abandon it on the way.Once you have that secured, you have forced the other side to rez far back in their zone and have taken the upper hand in the battle. Win each of those battles and leave 1 each at those points and send everyone else on to the stables.From what I have seen, the team that captures this gy first usually ends up winning the whole battle. Cap the stables and you have now stuck the other team in their home base with no other rez point.

The second thing you should do at the start is designate a couple people to do quests behind your lines. Move up there and farm them until the game ends, probably about 3 minutes later.The mine supplies quest and the wolf riders quest are really useful if the game is tight and you need extra help from your NPC’s. Collect your 3 tokens.Also, make sure you turn in your scraps and other quest items when you have collected a lot of them. Rather, rinse, repeat.Use your trinket to teleport to base, turn them in and then run back to the battle. (Frankly I think this sounds rather boring, but since I mostly play pugs I never get the pleasure of being bored in such a
manner)

– The more realistic game.These can also help turn a close game. Send 5 people each to mill, bs and mine.

Once you have the enemy’s forward graveyard, you just push inward and capture each additional gy to push them backwards. At least one of those groups should win their battle.At this point, you can divide your forces with half pushing forward to capture the inner graveyards and half taking out the towers and other positions on the way. If not, you are probably in real trouble (see above example).Once you have the other side on the defensive, the game is essentially over. Likely one of them will meet only minimal resistance.It is just a matter of spending the time it takes to push all the way to the end. Whoever wins quickly should leave one person at their point and send the rest on to the stables (or farm if you are alliance).Keep a force in reserve to defend against any enemy counter incursions and push your way to the end. This is not necessarily to be able to cap the stables.Capture the graveyards first and all other positions second. That’s a bonus.

Some general rules and suggestions for AV:

AV is all about faction, not honor. The hope is that those who rezzed back at their starting point will get distracted and attack the stables group.By the end of the game, you will be getting only a few honor points per kill. This leaves your rezzers free to either reinforce any existing battle or to form up and hit one of the two still contested points.So there is no reason to rush out and try to kill as many people as you can at the beginning.

However, there also are other summer camps, like sports camps, that are targeted for those children who would like to enhance or show off their sports skills and abilities.Choose a sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays. There also are Christian summer camps that are focused on developing your children’s spirituality.Also ensure that you choose a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more, especially for use on babies 6 months or older and children, who are more sensitive to the sun. Choose which among these would be most interesting for your child.Once sunscreen is applied it tends to wear off within 2-3 hours and should be reapplied for the duration of your sun exposure.

Between 10 and 4, stay indoors! Between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM the sun is at its most intense given its height in the sky and proximity to the earth.

Compare the brochures and websites of the summer camps you have in mind before you decide on one.By limiting your exposure to ultraviolet radiation during these hours you can lower your risk of harmful sun exposure. Stress is what keeps you alert while studying for exams, performing on stage, driving a racing car, playing video games, Football and many other things that we would not readily associate with stress giving us that competitive edge.Stress is a state where an individual tends to lose his or her balance, mentally or physically.

At work, it is usually caused by having the feeling of having too much to do.

The emotional and physical responses you have to stress are set in motion by a series of chemical releases and reactions and the good and bad symptoms of stress are manifested from these responses.Rushing to attend meetings or having a packed schedule often result in stress. Unfortunately, in today’s modern life our stress level is increasingly pushed to and beyond the normal “”healthy”" limits to the point where your mind and body cannot shut it off and all of a sudden it starts to become an out of control health time bomb that must be addressed.While some stress might be necessary for you to function at your best, too much of it will take a mental and physical toll.

Hence, learning a few measures on how to deal effectively with stress is extremely important.

For example you’ve probably often heard people comment that College Students “”Have an Easy Life”" and when it comes to partying I’m sure that they would be the first to agree that they have a great time.And perhaps the best (and most enjoyable, but expensive!) way to reduce stress is to give yourself a vacation. However, the stress on students can be considered on of the worst, have I done the homework.After all, what could work better to beat stress than taking yourself completely away from the source of it. When is the assignment due. If taking a long vacation (and staying away from work for weeks) seems too stressful to think about, try taking several short vacations in a year.

If a student has coped with stress the right way, it will be seen that they have kept their nose to the grind stone and would not give up ’till it’s done, then on the other hand, if a student has not coped with stress the correct way, it will be seen in a negative light and other people assume that the person has thrown in the towel and given up.

Besides dramatically easing stress and thus cutting the risk of heart disease, a vacation helps a person to recharge, and renew optimism about life.

Think about it for a moment!

Have you ever been in a stressful situation and forgotten something or gone to say something to someone and had instantly forgotten what it was you were going to say.Unwinding over a couple of days helps to overcome depression (if any), and acquire a positive attitude towards life, family and work. Being someone who is himself still recovering from Job Stress I know the situation all too well! In fact, although I am now recovering I still have grey days when the bad moods take over and you start to talk to your wife or children only to find yourself stopping in mid sentence with a totally blank look on your face and not having a clue what you were about to say to them!!

I know it’s hard but please don’t forget you are not the only one who will be having a bad time with stress, it can also be very hard on your family, friends and loved ones too! I was totally shocked one day after a particularly stressful day when my wife informed me that my children had become to frightened to ask me things in case I shouted at them! Shout.And definitely, it cures health problems caused by stress faster!

~ Going on vacation with loved ones also strengthens bonds. Relationships, either at work or at home, often deteriorate due to stress.

Shooting for the stars will infuse your endeavors with inspiration and enthusiasm.”We spend almost a third of our adult lives at work. It is easier to look toward the future with an eye for change than to remain in the same routine.It follows that we also use a great deal of energy during this time. Shooting for the stars allows you to apply your energy to be a catalyst for change in your personal or professional life.A small fan or computer or printer doesn’t use that much energy, but look around…How many desks are there in your office.

Activating PvP in RoM
To enable the character to be able to flag them for PvP game play, they will have to go to Varanas and do the PK quest. It should still do fine but it looked alot better when people who would rather play FF didn’t have any info or dates on it.This will also require the character to be at least a level 15 to do the quest and to then be able to flag themselves PvP ready.

Competition is always good for the consumers.Those that have not done the quest or reached the required level will be unable to engage in any PvP duels.

PvP Reputation in Runes of Magic
Characters in Runes of Magic can be good, evil, or neutral based on their reputation obtained through battles. Monopoly or near monopoly is never.They will start out good and can get to be evil if they obtain negative reputation or they can become a hero by gaining more positive reputation throughout the game play.

Guards to the city will attack the player if they become too evil in the guard’s eyes, to keep them out of their city.

I am not so sure that Aion will compete with Wow in sub numbers however but if it wont others will, like The old republic, World of darkness online and Guildwars 2.To tell how good or evil the characters are, check the stats or the color of the name of the character.

Someone said: The future is like a baboons butt, colorful and filled with crap.The colors will change as the character gets good or evil.

PvP Name Colors
There are three categories of reputation; there are evil, normal, and good.

But I am an optimist and think the genre will evolve a lot in the next few years.The color of the name will fall in the range of these three reputation categories. That is however impossible as long as Wow is the only big western MMO.Killing those for a good cause or notoriously evil characters will make you gain reputation.

White Names – These are pure normal characters.

First of all, nice trollbait title to the post, (even though its full of fail) it did its job and started really nice (and rather stupid) flame war, where two games, that have no real basis for comparison (having 5 years between them in a field where quantum leaps are made in just a few months) are debated upon.There are no kills needed and they have a reputation of -30 to 30.
Yellow Names – These are starting evil characters.

Now if the arguments for/against were made in an objective manner, which i must admit a few of you have, it would make for a great read.There are 3 kills needed and they have a reputation of -30 to -90.
Orange Names – These are mid range evil characters. But most of you just resort to the default, “”XX million subs”", “”Carebare/Hardcore”" “”zomg gfx!”" etc.There are 6 kills needed and they have a reputation of -90 to -150.
Red Names – These are true evil characters.

The op has been around the boards long enough to know that posting on another game’s forum isnt gonna go well, specially when subject of leaving the said game is brought up.There are 12 kills needed and they have a reputation of -150 or more.
Light Blue Names – These are starting good characters. But i guess its par for the course these days, first it was AoC, then WAR, then for a brief period Darkfall and now its Aion’s turn.They need 20 kills and have a reputation of 30 to 90.
Blue Names – These are mid range evil characters.

Personally i really don’t get why its so important to topple, kill or steal players from WoW when you think the game is bad.They need 70 kills and have a reputation of 90 to 150.
Purple Names – These are pure good characters. But i am not complaining.They need 120 kills and have a reputation of over 150.
Basic Rules of PvP
According to the Runes of Magic website, these are the basic rules of PvP play:

Characters below level 15 can not be attacked when they haven’t flagged themselves PK (PvP).
It is not possible to fight in houses or instances.
Patrolling guards will kill any “red name” players (characters with a reputation of -150 or less) on sight. This rivalry is why i come here.There are patrols in all the major cities.
Characters will not drop loot drop when the attacker is 10 levels higher or lower than the attacked character.
Only “red name” characters can attack patrolling NPCs.
Items dropped by characters are randomly picked from all equipment – on the body and in the backpack. If i wanted intelligent discussions on a particular game of interest, id rather go to a site dedicated to the said game.Items acquired in the Item Shop are excluded and will not be dropped when defeated”

Coz lets face it most of the discussions on these boards centre arround how many subs wow has lost since release, or how (insert new mmo here) will kill / be better / steal players from WoW. And this holds true for most of the other game boards here, specially the new ones coz when they do release, its payback time.
